Very adorable picture! I think she has great style Love those stripey stockings, and I'm pretty sure I own that bow! I think the hair has great shape and I like how you repeated that twirly style with the clouds, which really helps draw the piece together. I really love the colours, but I am a sucker for warm colours! The pose is fun and casual without cluttering the pic and works well with the simple, loose style of this. The flow is really great, especially with the clouds trailing up like that. I really like the linear weight you have introduced with the lineart, and my suggestion would be to exaggerate that more in the future, especially with thinner lines. While it's truly just an opinion of style, I would also prefer to see the lines get thin instead of disapear completely. That is obviously part of your style and something that you did on purpose, but to me it just makes it feel more "sketchy" and even though this is a fairly carefree piece I think being mindful of these small details is what makes artwork look more complete and professional!
